St. John's Methodist Church的点评
点评：Me and my friend stood at the door of Saint John's and heard the last refrains of a Male Voice Choir last Thursday evening. We couldn't attend the concert as we had the dog with us. The Choir I heard were the Penryhn Male Voice Choir. Through a closed glass door I was able to hear the sublime sound of almost angelic tones. I was literally moved to tears.
At the very end of the concert one of the church staff kindly opened the doors to let me hear properly. I was blown away. Of course, the final hymn was Cwm Rhondda Guide me, o thou great redeemer Arglwydd, arwain trwy'r anialwwch popularly known as Bread of Heaven. Again, I was moved to tears and overwhelmed by this beautiful rendition.
The church regularly hosts Male Voice Choir concerts every Thursday evening, not sure until when in the season though? I would suggest if you are staying in Llandudno to go and listen. For one sweet moment I felt close to all things divine. The Penryhn choir were magnificent! As was the Harpist. There be angels in St John's on Thursday evenings.
