点评:I met Ross Perot in the 1990s at West Point. What a fascinating man, I was so excited to take my son to the Perot Science Museum. We found the second floor to be in complete disrepair. More than 50% of the exhibit stations were not functional. It seemed liked the employees were all just breaking in the back area. When I found an employee I asked him to show me one robotic station that worked properly, he concurred that none - zero of them were functioning as intended. Show me how to pick up a ball or a ring with the robot - he couldn’t. Show me how the main robot chases the other robots to change the light color - non functional. The other station he could not even explain to me the purpose of the exhibit. He was a manager by the way. The little silver boxes sitting on the tables with the screens were all broken and non functional. The “operation - doctor” style game, non functional. The hearing games most were non-functional. I wanted to send the board of trustees my feedback but there is nothing on the website directing me to communicate with anyone. I’m not sure how the Perot family feels about the operation of this museum but by no means was this a reflection of the great man Ross Perot that I met in the 90s. Some love and attention and systems could get this place going again with much better management.
