The Spa At Cadbury House的点评
点评：We recently decided to treat ourselves, along with a family member who was celebrating a significant birthday, to a spa day at Cadbury House. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and, frankly, quite embarrassing, as we felt that the gift failed to deliver what was promised.
The facilities appeared tired, dull, and uninviting, and the entire spa area was uncomfortably cold. We were advised that we were welcome to go to the lunch area in the robes provided, however due to how cold we were, we decided to end our visit to the spa early and shower before going to lunch. In hindsight, this was a wise decision, as the restaurant area was even colder than the spa itself.
The showers were cold and had an unpleasant drain smell, and the changing rooms did not appear clean. Many of the lockers were also in need of a thorough clean-out. Overall, the condition and atmosphere of the facilities fell far below what we expected for a spa experience, particularly one intended as a special celebration.
All in all, we left feeling extremely disappointed.
