Almost nice but big problems.

点评：Almost. It was almost a nice stay.
The outdoor gardens and trails are beautiful and excellent for walkers.
The food was very good with unique selections.
The food staff were excellent and most attentive.
The room was terrible.
Not unclean but poorly located overlooking parking and an open trash compactor filled above the brim.
It was very cold in Ireland while we were there yet heat was turned off 7pm-7am. Now, we know and you be aware that this practice is common in Ireland to save energy. But, the extreme cold was just too much in an unheated and uninsulated room. And, unfortunately, the couple with whom we were traveling had much worse problems involving the toilet and raw sewage.
It was terrible.
And, to ice the cake, the owner was nowhere to be found and has refused to respond to any communication.
Would not stay again or recommend to anyone. Stay away.
