西海岸树梢漫步咖啡馆的点评
点评：Group of 4, 3 did the zip line but we all did the walk afterwards.
We rocked up first thing in the morning to have a bite at the cafe and book the zip line, it goes on the hour so we managed to nab the 10am session.
Not all of us were doing the zip line so that gave us a photographer to wait at the bottom inside the zip line area.
Good safety briefing at the start, and it was just waiting time for the group to arrive on their zips.
All 3 had heaps of fun, even one who had a fear of heights !!!!
Being able to take photos at the bottom straight on makes for good fun afterwards.
The staff on duty were excellent, methodical on their receiving, un hooking and resetting, top marks.
After the zip line we took off for the tree top walk, take your time, no rush !!
The handy map provided is easy to follow and has lots of information.
Some stunning views and you are high up, when you remember to look down.
Because you are walking on metal grates keep your loose items tucked away, those grates look like they can swallow a phone if you are not careful !
Plenty of parking on site and just a short trip from Hokitika.
We got a 10% discount off our price because we were staying at Hokitika's Kiwi Holiday Park and Motels, we just showed our room key when paying.
