点评：DON’T BUY TICKETS FOR THE AMPLIFY SHOW DECK STOOLS - Awful experience and restricted viewing without notification. Went to see The 1975 last year and the ticket said people might stand, which is perfectly fine and expected at concerts and I was planning to stand anyway. What it didn’t say was that if you have a show deck stool booking and the row in front stand, your view will be heavily restricted even with you standing, this is due to the row in front being at nearly the same height level as the show deck area where the stools are. To the point where all of the people next to us were also complaining, as they couldn’t see the show or much of the screens, and when we moved away from our seats to try and see from the gap in the aisle, we were told it was a safety hazard to stand there. So we went back to our seats to NOT see the show even though we thought by having the AMPLIFY HOSPITALITY tickets, this meant we would have an enhanced experience, when it was actually one of the worst experiences at a concert to date and a complete waste of money. There were a few of us who tried to kneel on the stool to get a decent view, but we were quickly informed that we were not allowed to kneel on the stools due to safety hazard (it seemed that this happened quite often) it felt like a comedy sketch to be honest. I am very delayed in providing this review as I did try contacting hospitality to begin with to explain the scenario to see if they would at least compensate us the difference from buying a normal ticket to a hospitality ticket, even though the view was non existent and a normal ticket would have been a dream to what we had, but they said that the tickets says ‘people might stand’ which completely avoided the issue I explained. I know people might stand but it doesn’t say ‘restricted view’ which is exactly what it was if the row in front stood, which is inevitable at a concert. This is completely different if you are in normal tiered seating at an arena due to the height of each row being planned out well. Very poor service and for the price it was a complete waste of money as a whole. I recommend AVOIDING at all costs.
