Mountain Gorilla Coffee Tours的点评
点评：We chose this tour operator because he had good reviews and more than 10 years experience. Moreover, it was proposing interesting local activity.
During our trip, he has misbehaved continuously.
He has downgraded the accomodation several times (4 nights in a hotel in kisoro instead of a "beautiful villa on the lake", 1 night in Masindi instead of in a lodge in the park)
He has changed trip plans without notifying us (for example, we skipped the Inshasha sector of queen Elizabeth, we had very long drives on main roads instead of parks)
After few days, our guide told us that the tour operator was not paying for fuel, accomodation and activities.
The worst moment has been when he cheated us on the chimpanzee tracking activity. We paid 250$ each for this activity in Kibale forest, but they brought us in a forest close to the city.
At this point we have called the turistim police and the Uganda Board of Tourism (5 start to them, super helpful and efficient!). With their help we have been able to somehow finish our trip, although additional issues with payment of accomodations and activities happened up to very last moment.
In conclusion, we would strongly raccomend to avoid traveling with this company.
Mountain Gorilla Coffe Tours and Julius Wetala owe us at least 1000$ for their misbehaving and fraude. We have notified all this to the police and to the Uganda Tourism Board.
