点评：My experience was very disappointing, despite having a great instructor (Alex). Unfortunately, the positives end there.
The organization is severely lacking. The entire operation felt chaotic, with bad customer service. Their "no refund under any circumstance" policy seems to have emboldened them to be careless with their scheduling and communication. Over the course of my experience, I faced three cancellations—some with advance notice, others without. While changes in weather are unpredictable and out of their hands, each time I called for information or scheduling I received different information depending on who answered the phone/mail, which was frustrating and confusing.
After making two trips from Toronto, I was finally booked to jump, only to be met with more disarray. I was left waiting for two hours as the location was switched at the last minute, and we were all bused to another site where they couldn't even unlock the door for half and hour as they didn't had the combination. Even when they finally did, the plane was late. This level of disorganization is simply frustrating.
On top of all that, they tried to sell me a video package for an extra $189 CAD+TX. Despite my clear refusal, they still sent a videographer to film me, which not only blocked my view during the free fall but also resulted in an unwanted video that I don't even have access to, as I had no intention of making further purchases. This upselling, coupled with the overall lack of organization, significantly detracted from what should have been an exciting and memorable experience.
I would strongly recommend considering other options if you're looking for a well-run and reliable skydiving experience.
