点评：1.Nageshwar = Nag(Snake) + Ishwar (God)
Means Lord of Snakes.
2. This is one of the 12 jyotirlinga in India and is considered as swayambhu, ie, naturally appeared.
3. It is about 17 kms from Dwarkadhish and a must visit if you are coming to Dwarka for darshan along with the Rukmini devi mandir & beyt Dwarka.
4. Here Shiva parvati are worshipped in the form of Nag and Nagin and their pooja renders best blessings for the couples.
5. Everything is well organized and systematically run by the government. Choose your Pooja type and take your slip to the temple compound. You'll be asked to wait peacefully in queue and then you'd be taken to the Shivling with all the samagri to perform Abhishek. We took Sankalp Abhishek pooja for Rs. 2200/- per couple and it turned out really well. We got around 10-15 minutes to sit next to the energy of the shivling to perform Abhishek. We even got the nag nagin joda, nandi pair, flowers, nariyal etc.
6. No need to buy the note expensive packages. No need to pay anything extra to anyone.
7. Wearing dhoti is a must for men if you want to do abhishek and Traditional indian attire for women like saree, suit with dupatta.
8. There's even a dhoti changing room where you get dhotis to buy or take on rent. But I'd suggest you to buy to keep it hygienic and not contaminated with someone else's energy.
9. There's an altar outside where you get bhabhoot.
10. There's also a Shani Dev mandir in the temple compound where you may get evil eye protection black thread at ₹10-20.
11. Set up your intention before visiting this jyotirlinga :
"Om Namah Shivaya.
May Lord Shiva remove all inner poison, anger, and ignorance from my life and awaken wisdom, peace, and compassion within me.”
12. This intention setting will draw your focus to Shiva and complete your pilgrimage.
