点评：The experience with the dogs and sledding at twilight was really neat. The overall experience with this business has been awful. When we arrived, the onboarding process was rushed, and the instructions were very unclear. We waited for a bus to pull into the driveway and followed it with our car to the spot where we'd be dog sledding. At the end of the experience, the staff was also not communicative. They told us we could leave, which we did. About 1/2 way back towards Quebec City, I realized nobody mentioned returning to the office where my license was being held as a deposit at the business. I called and sent an email immediately to let them know. They assured me it was no problem and that they would send my license to my home address. I really wanted to give this business the benefit of the doubt that they'd do the right thing. I made many phone calls and spoke to different people each time. Just recently, they asked for my phone number so the supervisor could contact me. Still nothing. Repeated emails to the business have also been ignored. After over 2 months of waiting, I still don't have my license. I am very frustrated and disappointed.
