First Rate Class, from a World Renowned Kerala Cookbook Author
Nimi's Lip Smacking Classes的点评
点评：Nimi’s cooking school has moved from Munnar to Thrissur, so we made a 2-night detour to take her class, and were not disappointed! We were the only ones to sign up, so we had a private class that day. Nimi consulted ahead to determine our preferences and allergies. She started with teaching us about the local spices and ingredients, then we moved on to cooking together, learning as we went.
All of our questions were answered and Nimi gave us much information about Kerala food, along with tips and techniques with great discussions during the class. At the end of our class we both received a signed copy of Nimi’s world class book (check her web site for her awards) and we also purchased a copy of her ‘4 o’clock snacks’ book, also an international award winner.
In addition to teaching, Nimi is a professional baker, and has opened a small café, while building a much larger combined café, bakery, and custom cooking school next door. We look forward to following her progress and the success that we know will come to this talented, driven and very special lady. Now to go home and put our new knowledge into practice…
