Some things need attention, especially the spa

点评：I have been visiting Cacapon since the 1980s, it's a nice, short get-away from my home in the DC suburbs. My husband and I visited this weekend and were a bit disheartened by a few things. First, we have not been able to get a massage there for at least 2 years because there is never anyone available when we visit. I have tried calling at least a month in advance and, when they FINALLY return my call (last time I called 3 times before they returned it...) they tell me they don't schedule that far in advance. When I wait a couple of weeks to call, then, lo and behold, they are already booked up. This weekend, we had 3 other things go wrong: 1) the bathroom door came off its track and we couldn't get it back on; 2) my husband could not use the fitness room because neither his nor the maintenance person's key would open the door, and 3) the deadbolt on our room kept sticking and made it difficult for us to close our door when we were leaving. We love visiting Cacapon and truly hope that these problems are temporary and are fixed soon, especially the problems getting good service at the spa.
