Cacapon Resort State Park的点评
点评：My husband and I went for our 15th wedding anniversary. I always wanted to stay in a CCC log cabin so this was perfect.
We were given cabin 11, and since we went on a Wednesday and Thursday night, we had no one else around us....which was awesome. It felt like we had the whole area to ourselves.
The Park gives a free bundle of wood for each night you're there, and you can always buy more, but the bundle was just the right amount for a night.
The cabin came with bedding, towels, a coffee maker and other kitchen items.
You should bring your own toiletries, coffee, napkins/papertowels, paper to help start the fire and perhaps a small table for the bathroom, as there was nowhere to put all our toiletries. The table in the bathroom picture was ours.
There are grocery stores in Berkeley Springs, so you can make your own meals at the cabin, if you wish. You will need to bring your own salt and pepper and butter/oil.
The Resort was really nice. We did use the pool and jacuzzi and grabbed a beer and sat outside. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
We also went to The Old Roman Bath in Berkeley Springs. Highly recommend! A 1/2 hour soak is plenty.
This trip was a 12 out of 10. Can't say enough great things about Cacapon Park, the cabin, and the hot springs.
