A New Year's Eve experience.

点评：We decided to book in for the Otter's New Years Eve event at 7pm, as their menu looked quite appealing.
Sadly when making our choice's from the menu we were told that our choice of Salmon and Prawn starter, was no longer the same as they had ran out of Salmon...Crazy and disappointing especially as the menu was only available from 7pm.
Furthermore after finishing our starter our main dish came straight out without any gap in between. I queried this as I wasn't very happy and was told it was ready due to the cooking time. I had no choice to accept it and although it was good I felt we were being pushed along which wasn't what we wanted or what we expected.
Our table waitress was very efficient but I thought the manager, who was very hands on all night could have been more helpful and sympathetic, but he wasn't...
I would still recommend the Otter as the food and venue is good.
Just an unfortunate and disappointing, expensive, experience.
