Amazing staff and delicious food.

点评：I met my friend here for dinner last week. We had brilliant service and delicious food. Gorgeous place. Highly recommend.
I was 3 hours from home in the midst of a very intense training week for my new job and feeling super exhausted.
I went to drive back to the hotel and thought my car would not start (funny story...all was fine, but didn't realise that in the moment!). I called the RAC out and went inside to see if they minded me sitting somewhere so I wasn't stuck out in the car alone for hours awaiting rescue.
The waitress/front of house staff member named Beth was incredibly kind and offered comfort straight away. She then suggested that her and a female chef (really sorry I did not catch her name) come and attempt to jump start my car for me to save waiting for the RAC!
In the end this was not needed and all was well with the car. I could not have been more grateful for the instant kindness that these two ladies offered me.
They are a credit to not only the pub, but to society! If only everyone was as kind as they are, the world would be a much better place.
I really hope the big boss sees this and rewards them in some way!!
