点评：The bed sheets and pillow covers looked old and used, with hair on them. Hair was also found on the doormat and around the room. The bathroom was dirty, with stagnant dirty water collected on one side, making it unhygienic and unpleasant to use. The sofa and other surfaces were dusty and not cleaned at all.
The fridge was in shocking condition—dirty and with insects inside, showing it had not been cleaned for a long time. There was no toilet paper provided initially. When we asked for cleaning, the person we dealt with behaved as if we were making unreasonable demands rather than basic hygiene requests.
The booking was handled by Prashanjit, who did not bother to follow up or take responsibility for the issues raised. For the price charged, this place is extremely overpriced and offers absolutely no value for money.
I would never recommend this place, especially for families. You are far better off booking a proper hotel. This stay is not worth your money in any way
