点评：Cinderella at the Chequer Mead Theatre was an absolute delight from start to finish and a perfect pantomime for all ages. Bursting with colour, laughter and heart, it delivered everything you could wish for from a festive theatre treat.
The cast were fabulous, bringing energy, charm and plenty of sparkle to the stage. Cinderella herself was wonderfully warm and likeable, making it easy to root for her, while the Prince was charming and full of fun. The Ugly Sisters stole the show with their brilliant comedy, quick wit and fantastic audience interaction, their timing was spot on and had the whole theatre in stitches.
The production was beautifully staged, with eye-catching costumes, clever set changes and magical special effects that truly brought the fairy tale to life. The songs were upbeat and well performed, with plenty of moments that had the audience clapping along and smiling from ear to ear.
