点评：We came at the weekend to a dance show (which was amazing and all 120 + children aged 2-21 were fantastic) However the rudeness of one of your staff members - 'LORNA' put a dampener on ours and other guests experience of your venue. She was being exceptionally rude and dismissive of paying guests and actually even threw a few out who were eating packed lunches brought from home AS AGREED BY THE VENUE beforehand. I also would like to add there was a large sign on the bar stating no food was available apart from pre-made sandwiches which had SOLD OUT. When we politely pointed out we couldn't purchase food as they didn't have any available to buy, she informed us and other people why can't they have biscuits and cakes for lunch which they did have available, this is not an appropriate lunch for those with dietary requirements firstly and not an appropriate lunch for small children who would be there for 8hrs. We were even rudely told we couldn't eat in the garden and needed to leave the premises to consume anything not bought there. I would have happily bought food but you didn't have any suitable lunchtime food available!!! My main point of this review is Lorna needs some customer service training or to be kept behind the scenes as she's incredibly rude and unwelcoming!!! Shame as other staff were lovely!!
