Beautiful setting but disappointing with the service

点评：The winery itself is absolutely beautiful, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for the wine tasting experience. Unfortunately, we arrived a little late and the tour had already begun. The ladies who greeted us were not very welcoming, and although my Spanish isn’t fluent, I could understand that they were discussing our lateness right in front of me, which felt quite uncomfortable.
Once we joined the tour, things improved- Lau, our guide, was excellent. He’s clearly passionate about his job and very knowledgeable, and he made the experience much better. The tasting itself, however, was quite short.
After the tour, we hoped to enjoy one more glass of wine to take in the beautiful scenery before closing, but were told it was too late to order. Strangely, we noticed another group being served additional glasses at the same time, which felt a bit unfair.
Overall, it’s a gorgeous place with great potential, but the hospitality and consistency could definitely be improved.
