点评:I was with a tour group so we were given a demonstration of pottery-making on a wheel and how the glazing process works. Most of us thought it was pretty ho hum. But what came next next was amazing - behind the apparently pokey little shop there was a labyrinth of rooms with massive amounts of ceramics from twee to breathtaking. Our group didn't buy much so avoiding the recriminations afterwards about 'were we ripped of'. This seems to be the theme of many reviews to do with Turkey. Surprising to me given that Turkish traders are known for being sharp so why are people surprised by that? The other issue is that this is a willing buyer situation. If you're happy with your purchase at the price you agreed then that's the value of it to you. My advice as someone who's a bit long in the tooth and has kicked around the world a bit is: enjoy it and don't worry about should I have haggled more!
