CANNOT reserve a lesson in advance without spending an extra $60 on their equipment. 4) Lift ticket not included with lesson package. What other resort does this? I've worked in the industry at multiple top resorts. Answer is no one. Even if my daughter is 4 and first-time skier (will only use the magic carpet in the beginner area), I need to hock over another $49 for a separate lift ticket. Corporate greed! Really poor, unfriendly, customer service experience! Really hope our on-mountain experience is much better after we spend nearly $1,000 for a single overnight for my birthday; otherwise, we will move on to other mountains.
