Key West Express - Marco Island的点评
点评：This is a great way to get from southwest Florida to Key West, it's quick and pretty efficient, but there are two huge flaws that mean we won't use them again.
Arriving at the port in Marco waiting to board there is nowhere to sit, nobody to talk to. When they say 'boarding starts at 7 am' they are right. Nothing happens before then.
This may not seem to be a terrible inconvenience to many but to a couple of seniors with minor mobility issues this is a pretty big deal.
However, the second flaw is the main one. The restrooms on the ship are outside, and when the boat is going at full speed it is pretty wild out there, and there are NO HANDRAILS! Their mantra of 'one hand on the boat' when moving around apparently does not apply to making your way to the restroom, and I was glad to make it back to my seat without falling. They urgently need to address this.
