My original review stated that "while on holiday, we decided to give this place a try for some fun. After reading the many positive reviews, I can only assume we caught them on an "off day" because the atmosphere felt a bit lifeless, and the staff weren’t particularly welcoming. The staff member who ran us through our training practice seemed like he didn’t want to be there. The archery itself was decent, we opted for the 3 arrows at 15 targets and gained an appreciation for the skill involved. However, when we returned to the hut to hand in our gear, there was no one around. Even though we had paid for the mini putt-putt, the course looked underwhelming, and with no staff in sight, we decided to leave".
That said, since posting this review, I’ve been really impressed by how the management has responded. They’ve been cooperative, receptive to feedback, and have taken meaningful steps to improve the experience. It’s clear they take customer feedback seriously and are committed to continuous improvement.
We would definitely consider returning, now knowing that the management genuinely values their guests and is working to create a better experience for everyone. Great work!!
