Xcape at the Cape Fun Park的点评
点评：If I could give a 0 start review here, I would. I purchased tickets through the parks website for myself and family on a day the park was advertised to be open. Please do not do this. EVER! If you choose to visit, please consider holding off and purchasing from the gate.
On arrival we discovered the park to be closed. We rang and left a message for management explaining our issue and requesting a refund. We emailed as well, just incase the voicemail may had been missed. Had this issue of been resolved easily, we would have still been disappointed to have missed out, but would have moved on. However with zero correspondence from our first two attempts of resolution, I rang an 2nd, 3rd and 4th time. Each time I was referred to the same person who claimed to be brand new and not the manager. He palmed me off at each attempt, promising for someone else to promptly call me back. This never happened.
The website has since changed its business hours. Still not good enough.
