点评:Most of the staff were lovely, especially as we had to cancel last minute and we were still allowed to use our tickets at a later time - my complaint unfortunately was that we have never been before and most of the staff were really unhelpful, the guy giving out skates was the worst - it was like he was annoyed at having to talk to people, he didn’t help with my skates even after I asked for help and when one of my daughters skates was broken and I asked for another he seemed to get annoyed and stated well I’ll have to see if there’s another pair, like it was our fault. I asked him where the helmets were, he just stared at me, then pointed. The female staff member however that I went and found and asked for help was lovely. Out of the 5 or 6 staff there, only one that was helpful, it dampened the whole experience as we just didn’t know what we were doing. I think this is the issue with NZ though, companies pay terrible wages because the only thing that matters is that they are bringing in their millions, so training staff or the experience of their customers, or even staff is just not important anymore. We are in a terrible economy so any outing is a big deal and when you can’t afford to do it much you hope the experience will be worth the money - this wasn’t.
