点评：This was a fun trip - The festival was good in almost every way, despite the cancellation of two of the big acts days before their appearance (Chemical Brothers and Peggy Gou). We enjoyed the food, the prices were reasonable(ish), and the facilities were clean and well looked after. Our experience in the festival was very good indeed...
The reason this isn't a 5 star review was the disconnect between the experience in the festival and the transport company they had doing shuttle services to Cluj in the evenings/ nights. We rather blearily left a bag on the shuttle on the way back to Cluj on Friday night, and while we realized immediately and contacted the festival early the next day we felt we never had a chance of recovering it. After passing the buck, it wasn't part of the transport department and they didn't have any lost and found, they told us to check at the festival, who referred us to the transport dept again, the festival eventually referred us to ALIS (the transport company) who informed us that there was no protocol for lost bags, - there were probably thousands of forgotten items on the buses - and we should enquire when their offices opened on Monday - We were scheduled to leave on Monday morning. The transport company were generally the worst part of the experince, there was always a queue for embarking the busses, (two more staff would have made this twice as fast) they were rude and getting into the line involved be sent down an unnecessary and occasionally dangerous walkabout into the road where cars were exiting a mall parking structure, and then through a gated path with shops selling all sorts of nonsense.
It seemed clear that though EC itself is working very hard to be a careful and thoughtful company, they offer angel-shot security/safety staff for people who feel unsafe, and the festival is well thought out - their contractors didn't share their benevolent approach. A shame, bin them and find a company that can think of a protocol. Off the top of my head, they could check their buses and then hand anything found in CLUJ that night. or the next day. Overall don't let some rude transport company taint the experience you have worked so hard to make great.
