Lazy staff, broken equipment and pond water pools!

点评：Very disappointing. I was in a group of 8, we signed up for Archery and the water course. The lady running the archery was lovely, however I feel like we were overbooked as most of us had to share a bow and lane. In addition to this the bows were all very low poundage and all the arrows were broken and held together with electrical tape! I was next to a child who on occasion walked back and forth with a notched arrow within the rest area. This was not the fault of the archery mentor, she was in charge of a group of 13-14 people, so was distracted trying to help others!
Next we went to the water course. Upon arrival the male "mentor" in charge asked the group and additional group of young boys if they were dressed and ready, none of them were. This got bad attitude from the mentor, who shrugged and told people to change and meet downstairs. When the group of adults arrived for the "health and safety talk" the mentor was half way through it and neglected to repeat it for everyone else! The group then went through the course with a lovely friendly lady, being told to most or least dangerous spots to look out for. However, the water was green and unhygienic, later on we referred to it as 'pond water' due to it making the team feel physically ill. The wooden parts of the course are run down and distressed, two out of three staff members didn't want to be there, and health and safety precautions weren't really followed.
I would also like to mention that during the water assault course the young boys guardian had a dog off leash, which the staff thought was acceptable to roam free, playing fetch with it instead of manning their appointed area! The caffe/ snack shack shut at 4, and the general murmurs from staff in all areas (apart from archery) was to pack up early to go home!
I understand as a customer facing worker my self that some days you just want over with, but if you're being payed a job- especially a high risk health and safety job. Do it properly!

作为一名面向客户的工作人员，我理解有些日子你只想结束，但如果你得到了一份工作——尤其是一份高风险的健康和安全工作。好好做吧！
