Once in a lifetime experience

点评：Had the most amazing and emotional visit this morning with our guide Rodrigo.
All booked via WhatsApp as they are working on their website with no issues. Arrived at our allocated time and greeted warmly by the team.
Biosecurity measures in place at the gate ans plenty of parking just off the road (black buildings as no sign on the road - exactly where Google says). Toilets and a little shop on site.
The tour lasted about an hour and Rodrigo spoke excellent English. Taking time to explain their work and everything about the Penguins. Then we walked down to the different viewing areas which are a mix of roped areas, a tower and wooden hides.
The Penguins had split into 3 distinct groupings at the time of our visit however all could be seen by eye alone. The closest group resting were about 20m away on the opposite side of the stream ... no cameras or binoculars needed to see the adults and their 1 year old chick's. We also got to see a number returning from the sea with full bellies.
Emotionally overwhelming and genuine thanks to Rodrigo who was so passionate, caring and inspiring. Totally made it for us today and worth the trip ... a once in a lifetime experience thank you!
Note - there are some reviews which seem to expect this to be like a zoo with the Penguins right next to you?! This is a wild natural site which is managed to prevent humans from disturbing their behaviour so yeah you may get super lucky (apparently sometimes they are on the viewing side so just a few meters away) or soemthing in between like us or maybe they will be 50m away and you'll need binoculars - thats real life!
So dont be put off by any negatives - this is incredible!!

真心感谢罗德里戈，他热情洋溢、关怀备至，鼓舞人心。今天我们完全享受了这次旅行，这趟旅程绝对物超所值……这绝对是一次千载难逢的经历，谢谢！
注意：有些评论似乎以为这里就像动物园一样，企鹅就在你身边？！这是一个野生的自然景点，我们设法防止人类干扰它们的行为，所以你可能会非常幸运（据说有时它们就在可观赏的一侧，离你只有几米远），或者像我们一样介于两者之间，又或者它们可能在50米外，你需要用双筒望远镜才能看到——这就是现实！
所以，不要被任何缺点吓倒——这真是太棒了！！
