Eastern Creek International Karting Raceway的点评
点评：Absolutely appalling experience at this go-karting venue. We booked for 2pm on a Saturday and arrived early, as requested, at 1:05pm. After asking for the bathrooms (which were a 10-minute walk from reception), we returned promptly only to be rushed through a QR code registration process for our group of 8. Halfway through completing the registration, we were abruptly told we were “too late” and that only 3 of us could race in half an hour.
Despite having paid for 8 people, there was zero effort made to accommodate our group or rectify their poor planning. The staff showed no empathy, no consideration, and offered no solutions other than "no refunds for unused spots." This is an outrageous way to treat paying customers.
Horrible customer service and a complete disregard for fairness. I will be escalating this to the ACCC. Avoid this place at all costs!
