I confirmed that I am keen to do the Pentecost Island tour, replying with where I am staying and what time to meet. Receiving no reply, I followed up with “ so see you on Sat at 730am?”
What I got was a reply 24 hours later , saying that I had not made payment and that the tour was full.
Since I am unable to make my own payment online and the fact that I have been communicating with Meliana via email, I believe it is her responsibility to ask for payment as there is no other way I can do that.
After pressing for an answer, all I kept getting were replies that the tour was full.
While I fully understand that mistakes can be made and miscommunication can occur, the fact that I did not even receive a simple apology despite asking for one, shows the lack of accountability from the company.
This is just a warning to future customers so that you have to chase Meliana as how you can make payment for the tours.
