点评：We had heard of Attangudi tiles as we were looking at options for our new home. We decided to travel to Attangudi and check out. We first place we landed there was Attangudi Palace Tiles and we were so glad we went there. Attangudi tiles are an amazing choice, traditional, handcrafted and bring a fantastic natural feel to the home. They are becoming popular yet again and in high demand, as we learnt. I would strongly recommend Attangudi Palace Tiles as a one stop shop for tiling. The range and design capability of Attangudi Palace Tiles are amazing. The team led by Mr. Senthil and Mohana provide guidance, expertise and plan out the entire logistics from purchase to transport to laying of the tiles as well.
We would like to thank Ms. Mohana for outstanding service and customer focus. She took lot of efforts to show the range of tiles, advising us on what is suitable and also took us on a tour of the factory explaining the process. The best was yet to come! Against a stiff deadline that we requested, Mohana worked behind the scenes in executing our order promptly on time, showing high level of professionalism. Her follow up and regular communication kept us informed, reassuring us. She is an amazing individual, who immerses herself in the customer’s shoes and her focus is only about delighting customers. She is a real asset to her company and I’m sure she will go far.
