Food & theater were fine, service not great
AMC Dine-In Theatres Essex Green 9的点评
点评：I've come to this movie theater pretty often since it opened and it's changed a lot over the years, but I haven't had an experience this bad service wise ever.
First, the food was good for what it was. It's Applebees level food but, my crispy chicken wasn't dry. The tater tots side was excellent, and the pretzel bites were really good.
We ordered deliver to seat for 2:40 PM for our 2:30 showing. We arrived at the theater at 2:20. No food was recieved until 3PM, and then it was just the crispy chicken sandwich and side of tots. I waited until 3:40 since they were still handing out meals until that time. Drinks and Pretzels never came. I had to leave the movie and go to the front desk to bring up my issue.
The lady in the front radioed the back and told them that I hadn't received drinks or the pretzels and what the drinks were. She said I could go back and they'll be out shortly.
About 5 minutes later we received drinks and pretzels but the drinks were incorrect. At this point there wasn't enough of the film left to bother bringing it up again. But all in all it wasn't a good experience service wise. I'd recommend not pre ordering and just buying your food there. Maybe it'll go better then.
