Rude employees, bad organisation and the worst value

点评：Today I went to the ‘kegelbahn’ with a friend. The bad experience started at the cashier. We asked for a free lane and the man was ignorant and unclear.
We paid €14 for a lane and only got a coin with no further instructions. We had to find the alley ourselves and when we arrived all the lights where out, there were no employees and no instructions on what to do whatsoever.
At the alley whas sign that stated: “Only enter the lane with the correct footwear”. There was no footwear to be found anywhere.
When we order two drinks and asked the employee in restaurant for intructions, she replied angry that we should have come to her first, before going to the bowling lanes.
After 30m of waiting (half of the time we paid for) we finnaly got help and were able to start playing.
At the end wo got charged a scandalous €10 for two small soda drinks.
In conlcusion there were ignorant and rude empolyees, ridicilous prizesn and overall bad organisation.
I reccomend everybode to stay awat from this place
