Spa on the Boulevard的点评
点评：I'm only giving them one star because of the nail technician Stephanie (who deserves 5 stars). I made an appointment purposely to get three things done at the same time. When I made the appointment I said I needed to leave by a certain time. I was told in order for me to get an appointment where I could get a manicure, pedicure and a facial was to come 4 WEEKS from that day on a Monday at lunch time. When I arrived for my appointment I reiterated that I needed to be out of there by a certain time. The receptionist told me that she would make sure that that would be done then directed me to the lounge. I waited 45 minutes and finally went up to the front desk and asked what was going on with my appointment. It seems they canceled my facial and just put me in with the nail tech. What was supposed to be a day of relaxation and no stress ended up being extremely stressful and frustrating. If it wasn't for the nail tech working behind the scene to move things along, I probably would have just walked out. I will not return and I've asked my kids not to buy me gift certificates for spa on the boulevard in the future.
