The Woodland Spa的点评
点评：We have been here three times, twice before the refurb and once after. It’s expensive but the refurb is truly gorgeous. Everything is up to such a high standard. The customer service is incredible. We forgot our voucher but the lad at the desk was great and figured it out for us. Lovely products to use in the showers and toilets. Cosy, clean robes and towels to use. They now provide flip flops, which I don’t think they used to. I also love that you’re not restricted with time, the session we had was from 10am until 9pm at night, unfortunately we couldn’t stay that long, but it’s nice to know you can get your moneys worth.
The only things I personally would change are:
The amount of private cubicles in the women’s changing room - when it’s busy you have to wait to get changed privately, which is quite annoying.
They only service “coffee/tea & pastries” before 10:30. Personally I would’ve liked more options and the option to have a drink other than the restaurant.
The fact you’re limited to places if you have allergies. It’s great they take allergies seriously but I felt quite restricted with where and what I could eat with my allergies.
I personally wouldn’t go at a weekend again as it was quite busy, not manic, but I prefer it to be more quiet like it is in the week.
