One day just isn't long enough

点评：I would have rated my spa day a 5/5 if it hadn't been for one little thing at the rooftop bar - there was a cocktail containing gin and I asked if they could swap it for vodka and they said it wasn't possible because it came in a bottle. I thought they meant it was a pre-made cocktail, but actually it was a little bottle of gin put in the cocktail glass upside down......so I don't really understand why they couldn't swap it out. I ended up just taking the gin bottle out and drinking the juice 🤣🤷
Other than that, this is the best spa day I've been on, and I normally go to Rudding Park in Harrogate. The highlights:
- pastries, tea and coffee on arrival
- dedicated staff in the spa lobby to help with any issues (my locker had two right footed sandals and they was rectified immediately)
- a card left in the locker to wish us a happy anniversary
- amazing staff doing the treatments who really listened to preferences (special shout out to Aimee)
- more amazing staff who saw me looking at the spa products for sale and helped me not only pick products that would work for me, but find a gift set that included them
- a great range of different steam, sauna, relaxation rooms
- fantastic food! The kind of food you actually want to eat, with decent portions and a drink included.
- little touches like a sparkler in our dessert
- being able to replace wet towels throughout the day
- lovely reception staff
Honestly, one day was just not long enough to fully appreciate everything the spa had to offer, and despite only being there on 12th November I'm now looking to go back on 15th December!

- 储物柜里还放了一张卡片，祝我们周年纪念日快乐
- 护理人员非常棒，他们认真倾听顾客的需求（特别感谢Aimee）
- 还有一位非常棒的工作人员，看到我在看水疗产品，不仅帮我挑选了适合我的产品，还帮我找到了包含这些产品的礼盒
- 种类丰富的蒸汽房、桑拿房和休息室
- 食物非常棒！都是那种让人想吃的食物，分量足，还包含一杯饮品。
- 一些贴心的小细节，比如甜点里放了一根仙女棒
- 可以随时更换湿毛巾
- 前台工作人员非常热情友好
说实话，一天的时间根本不够体验水疗中心的所有服务，虽然我只在11月12日去过，但我现在已经开始期待12月15日再次光临了！
除此之外，这绝对是我体验过的最棒的水疗日，我平时都去哈罗盖特的鲁丁公园水疗中心。亮点：
