点评：Amazing from start to finish!
I bought a spa day and mud experience for my mum’s 60th birthday.
We arrived at 9:30, a little earlier than our check in at 10. We were greeted so warmly and checked in there and then. We were shown to the lockers by another lovely soul. The lockers, changing room and showers are impeccable! There was a lovely birthday card left for my mum too which was just so gorgeous!
At no time did we feel rushed. We have gone to a lot of spas around the north west; this is the only spa we have been to which has no time limit on the thermal journey.
Each facility was very well maintained; the spa was so so clean!
And the food! Wow! Absolutely amazing!!!! And to finish, the waitress brought out a birthday brownie and candle!
The mud experience is totally worth it!
Can’t wait to be back!

我们9:30就到了，比10点的入住时间早了一点。接待人员非常热情，我们当场就办理了入住。一位可爱的工作人员带我们去了储物柜。储物柜、更衣室和淋浴间都无可挑剔！他们还为我妈妈准备了一张精美的生日贺卡，真是太贴心了！
我们全程都没有感到任何催促。我们去过西北地区的很多水疗中心；这是我们去过的唯一一家温泉疗程没有时间限制的。
每个设施都维护得非常好；水疗中心干净得一尘不染！
