点评：We came here few months ago for sunday carvery everything was fine until we wanted desert last time we eventually got one. This time we gave it another go i counted 2 young lads 6 young girls 1 presumably supervisor one a manager thats 10 staff. Yes the restaurant was busy but its a carvery so all you have to do is serve drinks change cuttlery (or not in our case i had to take off another table) so we ordered starters that was fine then told we can go to the carvery food was lovely then we finished that and our plates were cleared no offer of another drink lost a sale there and no offer of a desert menu so we waited and waited and watched. The "manager" runs round the restaurant looking busy but doesnt actually achieve anything yes he chats to the guests but thats it. So we still waited eventually going to pay i said the girl we wanted deserts but were ignored im guessing because there were tables with more covers there who obviously spends more than us as a table of 2 so all the attention was on them so you lost a sale of 2 more drinks and 2 deserts this may one day help your target when all the larger tables dont come and couples do unfortunately we wont it was shame because we enjoyed the food. When there are 10 staff around thats approximately 3 tables each max you should be able to give every cover the same service and yes im in the hospitality industry
