点评:We went with fairly low expectations given previous reviews, and were very pleasantly surprised. Our guide was a native English speaker who was excellent; very knowlegeable and enthusiastic. She explained everything clearly and so that everyone could easily hear her.
The viewing platform over the assembly line was spectacular and our guide detailed the stages of assembly. So although there was not a great deal of activity on the floor at the time, she brought it all to life and pointed out the details of the planes, and small differences between them.
We also had good views over the external areas, and again detailed explanations were given. The bus was fine. It would have been lovely to have been allowed to do a tour by bus around the more distant areas but you can easily see why they cannot have visitors wandering around freely and taking photographs.
The Aeroscopia museum is huge, very well put together, and extremely interesting. You really need half a day to see it properly. You can walk around inside French Concorde and other planes. It is well set up for children and adults with much to interest the aviation specialist just as much as the rest of us.
It would be lovely to have a café on site to have a break between the tour and the museum. Instead there are only vending machines and a large gift shop selling mainly pointless trivia.
On the whole, an excellent visit. I recommend.
