点评：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Unforgettable Stay – Thank You, Rudding Park Hotel!
First, I want to give a huge shoutout to Sophie in the reservations team. From our very first conversation to the day of our arrival, she went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely seamless. I’d done my research and knew what I wanted – beauty treatments, the rooftop spa, and a special dinner – and Sophie brought it all together effortlessly. She impressed me so much that I even rang her personally after our stay to thank her. Her kindness and professionalism genuinely made her day – and mine too.
Also, a huge shoutout to my Beauty Therapist, Charlotte. I had the full body Therapy exfoliation/massage- It was pure bliss!
This trip was a birthday celebration for my partner, and we couldn’t have asked for more. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless. The team were attentive, helpful, and so welcoming – from helping with our luggage to checking us in, and making sure we enjoyed every single part of the hotel.
A beautiful bottle of Prosecco awaited us in our room, and the balcony upgrade was the perfect touch. I know this wasn’t guaranteed, but it meant the world to us – thank you for honouring that special request.
After a delicious meal, we relaxed in the courtyard of the Clock House, soaking up the warm, happy atmosphere. People were laughing, chatting, and enjoying themselves – it honestly felt like we were abroad. That day happened to be the hottest in the UK – hitting 32°C – and relaxing in the infinity pool was pure magic. We ate, drank, and truly indulged – and left with memories we’ll cherish for life.
To every member of the Rudding Park team – thank you. You gave us a five-star experience from start to finish. We’ll be back again very soon to make even more memories.
