点评：I strongly recommend NOT booking with Fonda de Crystal, especially if you are relying on their water taxi service. Their information is completely unreliable and ended up ruining my day.
I confirmed the water taxi departure three separate times — once over the phone and twice at their own kiosk. Every single time they assured me that the water taxi would depart at 1:00 PM. Based on their confirmation, I planned my schedule and arrived exactly at 1 PM.
When I got there, they casually told me they were not running the water taxi at all. No notice, no apology, no alternative, nothing. Just a complete disregard for the time and trust of their customers.
Their lack of professionalism, inaccurate information, and failure to honor their own stated schedule is unacceptable. If your day depends on their water taxi, don’t trust anything they tell you. Book elsewhere and save yourself the frustration.
