点评:Absolutely outraged at the (non) view from my seat. See photo. I paid what is, for me, a lot of money to see Francis Rossi. I couldn't see him! I emailed the theatre afterwards and received a very terse response telling me that a mere corner of the stage was not visible from my seat. This is completely untrue. Even if it was so, it is, therefore, an obstructed view and should be noted before selling the ticket. This seat was sold as an unobstructed view! A completely and utterly wasted evening and 50 miles in the car. I will never, ever return to this theatre. In the past, I have found the attitude of many of the staff unacceptable, excluding the ones on the main door, who are unfailingly polite and seem happy to see us. The ones inside, however, act as though we are in their own houses and they are very house-proud. I understand the way they care about the building but rudeness is unacceptable and will not encourage visitors. My advice is always to check the view from a seat you intend to buy and never to believe what you are told by the staff.
