A great way to enjoy just nature at its finest away from the crowds on Bohol
薄荷岛Kayakasia水上之旅的点评
点评：I came to Panglao planning to dive, but had to cancel due to health issues. Looking for a last-minute alternative that didn’t involve the ocean, I wasn’t drawn to the typical tours like Chocolate Hills. I saw an advertisement for Kayakasia Philippines near my hotel, offering mangrove kayaking and firefly watching—it seemed like the right fit! Though there were no other bookings for the date I chose, they didn’t cancel—and I ended up having a private tour!
Kayaking through the mangrove tunnels was very peaceful and quiet. We didn’t see any other people, which made it a great way to enjoy just nature at its finest away from the crowds. The firefly tour was also impressive. Despite there were some motorboats in the evening for firefly watching, the guide carefully chose quieter spots with fireflies so we could fully take in the atmosphere.
The dinner at the end of the trip was very delicious, I appreciated that they took into account my dietary preferences (which I’d noted in the registration form).
The guide shared interesting facts throughout the trip, and the team was exceptionally polite and responsive. Special thanks to my guide for the photos he took during the kayaking. A few days later, they sent me high-quality shots that perfectly captured the memories of this wonderful adventure.
If you're looking for a calm, nature-focused experience on Bohol, this is a great option. This trip turned out to be the unexpected highlight of my time in Panglao and I definitely recommend this trip with Kayakasia Philippines!
