Lovely Staff at Colosseum

点评：Great introduction to Johnny Reid for my small group...we are now huge fans!
Retired now, but coming out of the business world I was most impressed by the staff at the Colosseum. Personable, knowledgeable, patient. Both in how we were assisted (with a disabled friend) and how those around us were assisted...at the valet, through security and in the show.
In particular, Nicholas! Section I, top area. We were right there at the end of the row to hear him quietly guide so many seniors, and advise them of their best options for getting to their seats. Such a calming influence, yet kept the traffic moving along!
Lisa in Security came to the rescue with an extra assist to recover a scarf for me that has sentimental value.
