So dirty we didn't use facilities

点评：We visited six years ago and had a great time, on our return visit today we felt so uncomfortable with the dirtiness of the whole spa and facilities that after two minutes in the thermal suite we decided to leave and spend the rest of the time until brunch in the cafe.
We have never been to anywhere as dirty and unhygienic, let alone a spa.
The changing rooms to start absolutely stank of drains, the lockers were disgusting and there was a centimetre of thick dust on the top of all of the lockers, the toilets were broken and the robes were given were patchy and faded/stained.
There was damp and mould throughout the corridors, spa and even the restaurant.
The only visibly clean part of the spa was the thermal beds, yet these were unmaintained and broken.
After an initial five minutes in the thermal pool, as your eyes began to adjust to the very low light you could see how horrendously dirty the entire place was and we got out and left as we felt really uncomfortable and grossed out. Unfortunately due to it being so dark in there it wasn't possible to get images of how bad it was.
We didn't say anything to the girls as they were lovely and it's not their fault and shouldn't have to deal with unhappy customers for something they can't do anything about.
The brunch in the restaurant was the only positive of the whole morning which both light brunches were lovely.
Really disappointed as we had so looked forward to this morning, our first morning that little one was in nursery and had hoped to have just one morning together before going back to work and it felt like an utter waste.
So sad to see the place has gone so downhill since we last came.
