Some improvements needed
Lion Quays Spa的点评
点评：Me and my husband visited the lion quays spa for a half day spa with lunch.
On first impressions the main reception area and spa is very nice and clean. The staff greeted us on arrival and were extremely friendly and helpful.
We went for lunch first which was in a section of the restaurant and bar area. Our waiter was great!
Lunch itself wasn’t something we had before at a spa, it was tapas style choice of meat, fish and veggie options, with a starter of bread and dips.
Drinks could be purchased separately from the bar.
The spa reception area is lovely, swinging chairs with lots of beauty samples to try. A very nice relaxing area. The lovely ladies on reception were great and gave us a tour so we knew where everything was. Robes, towels and flip flops provided.
The spa was quiet on arrival which was great! The changing rooms were fine and had lots of locker space, plenty showers, mirrors and changing facilities. It just lacked cleanliness! We didn’t at any point during our stay see anybody cleaning or taking dirty towels away or replacing the water containers.
The pool and relaxation room areas were great, we loved the spa world section and spent most of our time there. We did however notice parts of the spa are in need of a massive refurb. A lot of water damage, broken tiles, facilities out of use. The corridors walking to and from rooms aren’t very clean at all and let it down massively.
I definitely think the half day spa is more than enough time to spend in the facility.
Tip! If you have anything else included such as a glass of Prosecco or fruit platter make sure you get them as they don’t offer you those at any point during the day which is odd, we missed out as we didn’t feel it’s something you should have to ask for when it’s included and they knew this when checking in .
Unfortunately, although parts of the spa were enjoyed we wouldn’t return until improvements were made.

抵达水疗中心时，水疗中心很安静，这点很棒！更衣室也很不错，有很多储物柜空间、充足的淋浴间、镜子和更衣设施。只是清洁度略有不足！在我们入住期间，我们从未看到有人打扫、收走脏毛巾或更换水箱。
泳池和休闲区很棒，我们很喜欢水疗区，大部分时间都在那里度过。然而，我们注意到水疗中心的部分区域需要大规模翻新。大量水渍、瓷砖破损、设施老化。往返房间的走廊也非常不干净，这让我们非常失望。
我绝对觉得半天的水疗时间足够在水疗中心待上一段时间了。
