点评：Our day at Lion Quays spa was disappointing and didn’t meet expectations of the beautiful pictures advertised on the website. The spa was in the dark with no lights in the water which is an accident waiting to happen as you’re unable see the different zones/seats in the pool. Same in the steam room, unable to see steps and seats. When we asked the staff about lights the response was that it’s always been dark, which isn’t how it’s pictured online. I can only assume it’s to hide the lack of maintenance and shabbiness as called out by other reviewers. It’s also so noisy in there so it’s not possible to hold a conversation and isn’t at all relaxing. A very odd experience.
Our day was a very good value Groupon with a wonderful tapas lunch and generally, staff were really helpful, just such a pity about the awful spa experience.
