点评：Spa facilities is outdated and in need of big TLC. Lets start from female changing room that was tiny and no cabins for changing, just two showers and one hairdryer, not much fun for few females let alone couple on the top. Swimming pool was a decent size but saunas was on the cheap side and I have burned in a finnish sauna as a temperature was way too high, you could even sit for a minute without burning your skin.Steam sauna wasn't better as it was way too much steam and that led to hot water dripping of the ceiling on you and burning your that led to very unpleasant experience. where there no jacuzzi and that was very disappointing. Treatment was amazing, I had facial and it was very well done by Kristina. I loved it as it was done in silence and respect to my relaxation and needs. I felt very well treated and glowing after my treatment. I was hoping to buy some products on discount as it was advertised but unfortunately advertising was expired a year ago. Sure we get an apology from staff but it just seemed so unprofessional. Dining didn’t disappoint, food was amazing. Only thing that place had a massive conference and we was sitting our robes in a mass of people with formal attire and a lot of noise, so not much of relaxation after treatment on the lunch time. Overall me and my friend had a nice time and enjoyed our little break, staff was amazing but we ate not going back unless they change the flow of people and would do improvements to facilitate.
