点评：Started off by having a very unenthusiastic reception.
The afternoon tea was lovely, service a little slow and when we went to pay, had to wait a fair few minutes before anyone turned up (many members of staff saw us by the bar…)
Our room had no fridge, and dirty glasses. Not the best!
Then we get to the spa…we’d call it a leisure centre. However, we both had a back treatment and it was lovely.
The evening meal, disappointment. We ordered, champagne, starters and mains…then proceeded to waited over an hour for our starters. As an apology they were going to give us another glass of champagne each, but we actually received a glass of Prosecco…very big difference! Then proceeded to have an expensive lukewarm meal.
Overall unimpressed, the best part was the good communication over email with Janet! - would say it is a place for families.
