Lavender, Wine & a Little Retail Therapy!
Fragrant Isle Lavender Farm & Shop的点评
点评：We visited Fragrant Isle Lavender Farm on Washington Island during the last week of August, and most of the lavender had already bloomed and been harvested. Darn! We missed those gorgeous purple fields and that wonderful lavender fragrance. But we still enjoyed wandering through the peaceful grounds, admiring the remaining wildflowers, and taking some lovely photos.
Now, here's my suggestion: Start with a glass of lavender wine! 🍷 It's delicious, and you can sip while browsing the charming gift shop. And oh my goodness, what a gift shop! I did some serious shopping damage. 😂 Between the lavender pillow spray, skincare products, heavenly scented countertop cleaner, lavender cherry jam, and dark chocolate lavender fudge, I found plenty of goodies for myself and gifts for family and friends. I've since used many of the products, and they're wonderful! My husband finally suggested I had purchased enough. Ha! We'll agree to disagree on that one!
There's also a lovely covered patio where you can relax with a glass of wine, enjoy lunch, or indulge in one of their sweet treats. We weren't hungry, so we skipped the food this time.
Even without the lavender in full bloom, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The grounds are peaceful, the shop is delightful, and it's just a lovely place to slow down and enjoy a little time on Washington Island. I can only imagine how beautiful it must be when those lavender fields are blooming! 💜

那里还有一个很棒的带顶棚的露台，你可以一边品着葡萄酒，一边享用午餐或品尝他们提供的甜点。我们这次并不饿，所以就没吃东西。
即便薰衣草尚未完全盛开，我们依然尽情享受了这次访问。整个庭院宁静宜人，商店也很有趣，真是个适合放慢脚步、在华盛顿岛上享受悠闲时光的好地方。我只能想象，当那些薰衣草田盛开时该有多美啊！💜
